Drop-off: 21.00HRS - 21.30HRS

Policy

🔺 All bookings cannot be canceled and are non-refundable.
🔺 No Show: In the event of No-Show, full charges will be applicable.
🔺 All bookings must be final upon checkout payment.

Fine Print

● Rates are inclusive of 05% VAT.
● The voucher is non-refundable and non-combinable with any other offer.
● All bookings must be reported 48 hours in advance (subject to availability).
● Please send an email to support@mydealcation.com or chat with our agent online for your booking request, availability, and confirmation.
● All services and activities are subject to Force Majeure, availability, local authorities, and weather conditions.
● In case of non-availability on the requested dates, an alternative booking date will be offered.
● Note: Guests must be aware that this activity may be restricted to guests having medical history, disability, pregnant women or poor state of health condition.
● Transfers can be arranged from Dubai/Sharjah at an extra cost (subject to availability).
● You can find your voucher by email or in "My Account" profile when you signed in.
● Your e-ticket will be sent to your email after confirming your booking date. All issued e-tickets are non-refundable.
● You can purchase a voucher as a "Gift". Upon checkout, please enter the recipient's information and email address.
● You can transfer the e-ticket voucher to someone you may offer as a "Gift."
● Any meals and services unless mentioned or stated in the itinerary above are not included.
● All other activities or services not mentioned above can be rented for additional charges directly to the Merchant.
● Please present each printed voucher or thru your mobile with a QR Code, redemption code or coupon reference number together with a valid ID or original passport upon arrival.
● Passengers must carry valid IDs any of the following (passport, driver's license, Emirates ID) during the trip.
● The Merchant will validate the "voucher order number" or scan the voucher "QR code" and redeem your use of service.
