Policy

🔺 All bookings cannot be canceled and are non-refundable.
🔺 No Show: In the event of No-Show, full charges will be applicable.
🔺 All bookings must be final upon checkout payment.

Fine Print

● Rates are inclusive of 05% VAT.
● The voucher is non-refundable and non-combinable with any other offer.
● All bookings must be reported 48 hours in advance (subject to availability).

● Please bring a valid Photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
● Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
● Al hosn app required only for residents people, tourist need to show RT PCR Report and vaccination certificate.
● Required 72 hours valid RT PCR test report (UAE based lab)
● A Fully Vaccinated report is required.
● Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
● Consumption of food and drink is not permitted in the great hall or exhibition rooms.
● Pets are not allowed inside the venue
● Tickets can only be used for the selected date or the date will be printed on the ticket
● Please present each printed voucher or e-ticket upon arrival.
●The stage providing you with a 270-degree view of the entire performance
● The last entry to the Qasr Al Watan Palace is at 06:45 pm.
● The last entry to the Light Show is at 07:45 pm.
● The regular show time of Palace in Motion begins at 08:15 PM. Timings may change and are subject to sunset timings.
● You can find your voucher by email or in "My Account" profile when you signed in.
● Your e-ticket will be sent to your email after confirming your booking date. All issued e-tickets are non-refundable.
● You can purchase a voucher as a "Gift". Upon checkout, please enter the recipient's information and email address.
● You can transfer the e-ticket voucher to someone you may offer as a "Gift."
● Any meals and services unless mentioned or stated in the itinerary above are not included.
● All other activities or services not mentioned above can be rented for additional charges directly to the Merchant.
