✅Original & copy of valid passport (valid for at least 7 month) 

✅Original & copy of residence visa.

✅Original & copy of emirates id.

3. Two Recent Biometric Passport Sized Photographs (3.5 X 4.5 Cm) 

Requirements:

✅ NEW! Should NOT Be Older Than 6 Months.

✅ A Frontal View Of The Face Covering 70-80% (32-26mm) Of The Photo.

✅ A Uniform And White Background.

✅ Clear Facial Features And Eyes – Not Covered By Hair Or Glasses Frame.

✅ Head Coverings Are Only Accepted For Religious Reasons.

4.  Travel Itinerary Including:

✅ Flight Reservation

✅ Valid (Existing) Hotel / Accommodation Booking / Reservation With Full Address (Name, Street, City, Zip Code, Contact Information, Booking Ref.)

5. Vaccine certificate of covid-19 (complete doses)

6. Travel insurance coverage for covid-19

7. Last 3-month bank statement minimum USD $2000 or AED 8000 at closing statement.

8. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from employer or sponsor. The letter should state that the applicants must leave Indonesia after completing their visit.

9. Applicants should fill the financial and health protocol statement letter.

10. The applicant has to personally visit the Indonesian Embassy with a prior appointment for submission of documents and registering the fingerprints.
