💡 It is the sole responsibility of the Immigration Authority whether to reject or approve applicant visa. The visa application Fee is non-refundable whether it is approved or rejected.
💡 It is the sole responsibility of the applicant / visitor strictly not to overstay in the country. Otherwise, any negligence and all fines will have to be paid by the applicant or sponsor/guarantor of the applicant. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the “Guarantor” to cover any expenses and fines incurred.
💡 Passenger/ Guarantor will shoulder all deportation expenses.

⭐ The above package rates are valid for staying guest until 30th April 2026.
⭐ The above package is applicable for minimum of 02 passengers.
⭐ The rates quoted above are net and non-commissionable.
⭐ Standard hotel check-in time is 1400 Hrs and check-out time is 1200Hrs Local Time. It may vary based on destinations and availability.
⭐ Bookings will be confirmed as per the payment policy.
⭐ The itinerary is just indicative and might change due to unforeseen situations.
⭐ The availability of adjoining rooms/ interconnecting rooms/non-smoking rooms/rooms on the same floor etc. cannot be guaranteed.
⭐ Room type (double or twin) is subject to availability and is at the sole discretion of the hotel.
⭐ Extra bed can be provided at additional cost, unless specified
⭐ In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in a hotel of a similar category.
⭐ Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure.
⭐ Any extra waiting charges or hours are chargeable, if exceeds.
⭐ Passengers are solely responsible for meeting the passport & visa conditions of the country of travel.
⭐ We do not accept any responsibility if the passenger cannot travel because of any passport or visa issue; a cancellation policy will be applicable as per the booking terms.
⭐ For any name submission and secure the booking, we require passport copies (minimum of 06 months validity), 03 months valid residence visa from originating country, photograph, flight ticket, and hotel voucher confirmation.
⭐ A 05% discount on the total package is applicable for bookings made at least 120 days before arrival.
Cancellation Terms & Conditions
⭐ If cancelled within 50 - 40 days 25% of the tour price will be forfeited.
⭐ If cancelled within 35 – 24 days 50% of the tour price will be forfeited.
⭐ If cancelled within 25 to 20 days 75% of the tour price will be forfeited
⭐ If cancelled less than 20 days or no show 100% charges will be applicable
⭐ Any unused Services or Tour is non-refundable.
⭐ For bookings during Peak Season and Black Out Dates, including Christmas, New Year, and Public Holidays, 100% of the full package will be charged as a cancellation fee
