⭐ The rates quoted above are net and non-commissionable.
⭐ Standard hotel check-in time is 1400 Hrs and check-out time is 1200Hrs Local Time. It may vary based on destinations and availability.
⭐ Bookings will be confirmed as per the payment policy.
⭐ The itinerary is just indicative and might change due to unforeseen situations.
⭐ The availability of double or twin bedding/ adjoining rooms/ interconnecting rooms/non-smoking rooms/rooms on the same floor etc. cannot be guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of the hotel.
⭐ Extra bed can be provided at additional cost, unless specified. The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a roll away.
⭐ In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in a hotel of a similar category.
⭐ Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure.
⭐ Any extra waiting charges or hours are chargeable, if exceeds.
⭐ Passengers are solely responsible for meeting the passport & visa conditions of the country of travel.
⭐ It is the duty of the client to check passport requirements for travel.
⭐ Missed or delayed flights can lead to changes in the itinerary and will be at the client’s expense should the case arise.
⭐ We do not accept any responsibility if the passenger cannot travel because of any passport or visa issue; a cancellation policy will be applicable as per the booking terms.
⭐ There will not be any refund for any unutilized service or sightseeing.
⭐ For any Fix Departure date, no amendment and changes possible.
⭐ For any name submission and secure the booking, we require passport copies (minimum of 06 months validity), 03 months valid residence visa from originating country, photograph, flight ticket, and hotel voucher confirmation.
Cancellation Terms & Conditions
In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services below charges will be effective from
the time/date we receive your intimation in writing.
⭐60 days before arrival: 25% of the Tour/service cost
⭐30 days before arrival: 50% of the Tour/service cost
⭐29-16 days before arrival: 50% of the Tour/service cost
⭐Within 15 days prior or No Show to arrival: 100% of the Tour/service
⭐For bookings during Peak Season and Black Out Dates, including Christmas, New Year, and Public Holidays, 100% of the full package will be charged as a cancellation fee.
