VISA POLICY
💡 Citizens of the United Arab Emirates are exempted from the visa requirements when entering, exiting or traveling through Bosnia and Herzegovina for up to 90 days.
💡 Foreigners who have multiple Schengen visa or European Union member state visa or residence permit of the Schengen Agreement country or European Union member state, or USA Visa can travel from the UAE to Bosnia and Herzegovina and stay up to 30 days.
💡 Passport holders of other countries (not exempted) have to obtain a visa in order to travel to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
💡 We strongly recommend that you verify your visa requirements with the respective embassy before travel or you may contact our Travel Experts to get more information.
COVID-19 SAFETY GUIDELINES
International travel to Bosnia and Herzegovina is permitted. It is necessary to comply with requirements to ensure entry is allowed.
Vaccinations and vaccinated travel
💡 Travelers who present a valid international certificate for full vaccination against COVID-19, with the use of an approved vaccine, are exempt from testing requirements.
💡 The final dose must have been administered at least 14 days before departure.
💡 Test/medical certificate required
💡 Proof of a negative PCR or rapid antigen test, taken within the previous 72 hours, must be provided on arrival.
💡 Alternatively, those who have recently recovered from COVID-19 are exempt from testing requirements and may provide proof of recovery, issued at least 14 days before departure and not more than 180 days, on arrival.

⭐ Rates shown are per person, based on double occupancy and may not include government taxes and fees.
⭐ Tour package confirmation only on receipt of full payment.
⭐ Itinerary is just indicative and might change due to unforeseen situations.
⭐ Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure.
⭐ Passengers are solely responsible for meeting the passport & visa conditions of the country of travel.
⭐ There are no refunds for any services (i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc.) not utilized on your tour package.
⭐ We do not accept any responsibility if the passenger cannot travel because of any passport or visa issue; cancellation policy will be applicable as per the booking terms.
⭐ All Land Arrangement bookings, Flights or any unused service is Non-Refundable.
Payment Terms & Conditions
⭐ 25% Deposit to be paid at the time of confirmation if more than 70 - 50 days
⭐ 50% Deposit to be paid 45 days prior to arrival date
⭐ 100%payment to be made 25 Days prior to arrival date
Cancellation Terms & Conditions
⭐ If cancelled within 55 - 40 days 25% of the tour price will be forfeited.
⭐ If cancelled within 35 – 20 days 50% of the tour price will be forfeited
⭐ If cancelled within 20 to 10 days 75% of the tour price will be forfeited
⭐ If cancelled less than 5 days or no show 100% charges will be applicable
⭐ Any unused Services or Tour is non-refundable.
