Policy
🔺 Booking cancelled above 04 days prior to booking date or use of service, 40% of the total duration of service will be charged.
🔺 Booking cancelled less than 04 days prior to booking date or use of service, non-refundable and 100% of the total duration of service will be charged.
🔺 No Show: In the event of No-Show, full charges will be applicable throughout duration of booking.
🔺 Taxes: The rates are inclusive of 05% Value added tax.

● All bookings must be reported 48 hours in advance (subject to availability).

● Note: If the guest have fishing, swimming activity or water sport activity there are some places which are not covered and subject to the consumed timing and subject to weather condition.
● The services are subject to change and availability during the current COVID-19 situation.
● You can find your voucher by email or in "My Account" profile when you signed in to the Website.
● The Merchant may cancel your reservation due to the event beyond our control such as bad weather condition (No Sailing Permit approved by coast guard), mechanical failure, coast guard restrictions, and enforcement of new laws. It is the Merchant responsibility to provide alternatives within the charter budget or grant Full Refund.
● Please present each printed voucher or thru your mobile with a QR Code, redemption code or coupon reference number together with a valid ID or original passport upon arrival.
● Passengers must carry valid IDs any of the following (passport, driver's license, Emirates ID) during the trip.
● The Merchant will validate the "voucher order number" or scan the "QR voucher code" and redeem your use of service.
